TeamSigs - Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to TeamSigs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, applications, APIs, and online dashboard tools operated by TeamSigs ("Service", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

TeamSigs provides a cloud-based marketing and compliance utility that allows companies to build, host, and standardize professional HTML email signatures. The Service includes visual design editors, team profile editors, central administrator controls, domain-based isolation locks, and internal team workflow tracking indicators to verify onboarding alignment without tracking recipient parameters.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

We offer free starter plans and premium subscription tiers handled securely through our payment provider, **Stripe**.

Billing Cycles: Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Charges are processed automatically via Stripe using your provided credit card.
Automatic Renewal: Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Upgrades and Downgrades: Upgrading from the Free plan to Pro instantly unlocks all domain admin controls. Any changes in tier rates will be charged pro-rata at the time of purchase.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard billing portal. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current pre-paid billing cycle.

4. User Accounts & Domain Control

To ensure zero-friction access, TeamSigs utilizes secure, passwordless **Magic Link** authentication.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your email account used to receive our Magic Links. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Domain Lock & Upgrades: In premium tiers, we enable a "Corporate Domain Lock". The first user from a custom domain who purchases a Business Pro Plan is granted "Administrator" status. All subsequent users registering with that exact corporate email domain (e.g. `@yourcompany.com`) will be added to that domain workspace as "Employees". Employees have access to design editing fields but are locked out of base template layouts to enforce compliance.

5. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

You may not use the Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or abusive activities, including the transmission of spam or malware. All software, layouts, dashboard interfaces, and trademark elements are the exclusive intellectual property of TeamSigs. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to copy and use the generated HTML signatures in your corporate emails. Reverse engineering, scraping, or copying our core system architecture is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall TeamSigs or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to email delivery delays, loss of telemetry analytics data, or third-party email client rendering mismatches.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with standard international corporate arbitration framework. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in competent corporate jurisdiction courts.
