2. How We Use Your Information
Gathered indicators are used exclusively to calculate internal workspace alignment data arrays, process transaction operations securely through Stripe, and render deployment audit dashboards for organizational workspace administrators.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We **do not sell, rent, trade, or share** your personal profile data, email lists, or alignment metrics with any third-party advertising tracking companies. Data sharing is restricted to processing payments securely via **Stripe**.
4. Data Security & Retention
Your workspace databases are isolated and secured locally via encrypted systems. We enforce zero-friction passwordless magic link token authorization gates. Data truncation requests can be submitted by workspace owners at any time.
5. Privacy-First Commitment
TeamSigs has a strict zero-telemetry architecture. We **never** inject tracking code inside outbound mail assets, read recipient metadata vectors, log client network IP addresses, or scan corporate mail bodies. The application only tracks internal actions taken within our own web interface.

Our environment complies fully with international B2B privacy regulations. Users retain full rights to query stored dashboard arrays, edit record field contradictions, or request full domain workspace data purges via their administrator tools.
